Restaurants:
Le Frangipanier is Le Cannonier's main restaurant, bounded by a pool and a spacious terrace, and ringed with coconut trees. A novel idea is that it has an integrated Kids' Corner, with its own buffet and furniture. It serves all meals.

Le Navigator, a converted wood, thatch and stone colonial mansion, is a perfect lookout over the beautiful lagoon, its terrace cannons trained over the Northern islets. The emphasis is on seafood delicacies, and the special “lobster nights”, have to be experienced! Making the most of its exotic location, Le Navigator becomes a vibrant open-air discotheque later at night.

Bars:
Le Planteur is the hotel's main bar, in the middle of its lush gardens, and is open from 9.30am to 11pm.

Le Navigator is off the reception area, stays open late, and is perfect for an evening of casual elegance in a tropical garden setting.

With a miniclub set in an 18th century lighthouse, and with plenty of accommodation and facilities for families, including apartments, Le Cannonier caters for all purposes and desires. Its 2 restaurants, discotheque, shops and wide range of leisure and sports activities, including archery and yoga ensures that all family members are catered for.

Add to its splendour and lakeland atmosphere its unique massage and wellness centre, and it is easy to see why Le Canonnier is a romantic favourite. Its spectacular design integrates a bicentennial banyan tree and combines thatch and ravenala with wooden floors in the creation of 5 authentic cabins for massage rooms (including one double cabin) and exterior showers.

A fully-equipped Conference Room is available, air-conditioned and with theatre-style capacity for 100 people. Equipment includes slide projector and screen, overhead projector, paperboard, television, video and stationery. Additional equipment can be hired upon request, and secretarial services and lunches and cocktails can also be organised.
