Restaurants:
La Caravelle, the hotel’s main restaurant seats 220 at a converted colonial house on the beachfront. Open for all breakfasts and dinners, La Caravelle, like all Trou aux Biches' restaurants, concentrates on a cuisine that reflects the very soul of Mauritius. They even take it one step further and transform the culinary experience into a "live cooking show" which can be observed from the different "cooking stations" in the restaurant.

L'Oasis Restaurant is a gourmet escape in the heart of a tropical oasis, spread out on wooden decks in open air. Open for all meals, the restaurant offers light meals during the day, and does elegant table d’hôte and à la carte meals in the evenings.

L'Espadon is the Trou aux Biches beach restaurant, and serves lunch and dinner. It is a cosy little 32-seater restaurant, and specialises is seafood.

Bars:
L’Oasis Bar faces the sea over the pool, a typically tropical giant hut with a thatched roof and gorgeous wooden floors tucked between pool and lagoon.

La Caravelle Bar is on the stylish colonial-era veranda of La Caravelle restaurant that becomes the hub of the action by night.

Golf Bar is part of the golf club, a place to relax after playing the 9-hole golf course which winds its way cheekily between coconut trees, bananas trees and bougainvilleas.

Families are accommodated in one of the 10 family apartments, or you can choose standard rooms with interleading doors. A miniclub is provided for children aged 3 to 12, and the La Caravelle hotel has a 60-seat restaurant, reserved for children.

Named after the typical fishermen’s village where it is nestled, Trou aux Biches has acquired a reputation for hospitality bordering on the mythic. It is the ideal romantic hideaway with its picture-perfect powder-white beach, startling blue lagoon stretching to the horizon and magnificent sunsets. Trou aux Biches is famous for its theme nights; aside from traditional séga dance and Indian shows, it is possible to experience the carnival of Rio on its famous Brazilians nights, or to be carried away in the fever of its Mexican festivals.
