Coco de Mer and the Black Parrot Suites are essentially two parts of the same hotel. Coco de Mer:
40 Chalets – all have a split level floor plan, with sleeping area on the upper level and a lounge
area, leading onto an outside patio on the lower level. All patios lead onto lawns.

Black Parrot Suites:
12 Suites, with lounge and sleeping area and private balcony overlooking the beach.

WARNING:
Because of the south-east monsoon, seaweed is prevalent on this coastline from May to September each year. Guests visiting the hotel during this period are offered a complimentary shuttle to the more protected beach at Anse Lazio.

Evening entertainment is on offer 3 or 4 nights a week (depending on the season). It varies from lively Creole evenings to subdued solo entertainers, depending on the mood of the evening.

Coco de Mer
The Hibiscus is the hotel’s main restaurant boasts a magnificent sea view. It serves breakfast and dinner (Buffet three nights a week and table d’hote four nights per week).

The Mango Grill is the poolside bistro, serving lunches as well as snacks throughout the day. The bistro is also the venue for afternoon tea.

The Mango Bar on the pool terrace, serves refreshing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks throughout the day.

The Coconut Bar in the hotel’s main lounge serves exotic cocktails and conventional drinks every evening.

For those looking for romance, try ordering a drink from one of the bars and then taking your loved one on a quiet stroll down to the pavilion on the hotel’s fisherman’s wharf to watch the sun setting across the ocean.

Black Parrot Suites
The Black Parrot Restaurant is an intimate restaurant, opening onto a pool terrace, serves breakfast and dinner from a variety of set table d’hote menus.

The Black Parrot Bar on the pool terrace is the perfect setting for a sundowner cocktail while admiring one of the island’s spectacular sunsets.

Coco de Mer welcomes children and offers special children’s rates. The safety of the beaches, the walks and the leisure activities hold the promise of great family holidays. Black Parrot Suites does not accept children under the age of 12 years.
